  • Who can partner with HospitalStays?

    • Any provider of accommodation can partner with HospitalStays. Whether you offer short-term rentals, serviced apartments, hotels, or any other type of lodging near hospitals, we welcome your partnership.

    By joining our network, you can help individuals and families find comfortable and convenient places to stay during hospital visits. If you have suitable accommodation options near hospitals and are interested in reaching a wider audience, we'd love to collaborate with you.

  • Does my property need to be disability-accessible features?

    • No, all property types are welcome. However, if your accommodation has disability-accessible features, we encourage you to select these features during the set up of your property on our portal.

    We offer dedicated filters for guests specifically seeking accessible accommodations, so by selecting these options, you can ensure your property is easily found by those who need it.

  • What disability-accessible features am I able to select for my property?

    • Property Accessibility features include:

  • How do I receive a booking?

    • As an accommodation provider, you can choose how you prefer Hospital Stays users to book with you. You have several options, including:

    • Discount Code to be entered on your website.
    • Direct web link to have code applied.
    • Call to book with a Discount Code.
    • Email to book with a Discount Code.

    Note you may select multiple options. This flexibility allows you to manage bookings in a way that works best for you.

  • Do I need a channel manager?

    • A channel manager is not required as clients will be instructed to book directly on your website meaning you will not be paying any commission fees.

  • Does my property need to be near a hospital?

    • It depends on the type of property you offer. Typically, properties located near hospitals are highly sought after by guests using Hospital Stays. Additionally, there is strong demand for self-contained, wheelchair-accessible apartments, particularly for guest who have been discharged from hospital. We also have accommodation requirements from patients and carers booking respite stays, and these properties don’t need to be near a hospital and can be located in a variety of areas.

  • How do I partner with Hospital Stays?

    • Firstly, please get in touch via our Accommodation Partnerships Form. Our team will be in touch with next steps. This will include confirming details of your property to best secure the most bookings – from basic room types through to detailed accessibility assessments (if your property offers wheelchair accessible inventory).

  • Can I list my private apartment, townhouse or home?

    • If your property does not appear in the list of pre populated properties, you will be invited to send us details of your property. Our Onboarding Team will then review the information to determine if your property is eligible for our fast-tracked onboarding process. This process allows the majority of your property’s data to be automatically added to our database, making setup quicker and easier for you.

  • What are the differences between a Free Listing and Paid Subscription?
