Augathella provides 24-hours a day, seven days a week acute and emergency care, community care services, retrievals with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and dedicated flexible care places, which can be delivered in the community or at Augathella Multi Purpose Health Service.

Augathella hosts a suite of regular visiting medical, community and allied health clinics, including social work, physiotherapy, podiatry, an aged care assessment team, mobile dentist, speech pathology, early intervention parenting program, mental health services, occupational therapy, alcohol and drug services, a child health nurse and women's health.

Telehealth facilities are available to connect patients with specialist clinical services in Brisbane and other regional areas via video-conference.

Home and Community Care services are available for eligible clients. This service is coordinated through Augathella.

Augathella can provide financial assistance with the Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme to eligible patients who need to travel away to other health services for procedures and tests not available locally.

A privately-run general practice is co-located on-site at Augathella. The medical superintendent is also employed by the South West Hospital and Health Service and is available for emergency presentations and outpatient services.
