Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is located in Murdoch, 15 kilometres south of the Perth CBD and nine kilometres east of Fremantle. The hospital is part of the South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) (external site) hospital network

Our 783-bed, $2 billion public hospital ranks among the best in Australia and includes the 140-bed State Rehabilitation service, a 30-bed purpose-built mental health unit and the State Burns Service.

We are the major tertiary hospital in the south metropolitan area and meet the growing needs of communities south of Perth and across the State.

As well as delivering comprehensive clinical services, we are a leader in research and education. In addition, we have the most advanced medical equipment and state-of-the-art information and communications technology.
